A few months ago I was contacted by Dave in the IT department for the Cornerstone Foundation at Loma de Luz. He had seen the website that I build for Soddo Christian Hospital in Africa and was interested in rebuilding their site. He had built...
I’ve created an online training course called Design an iOS Prototype in Sketch 3. In that course I teach students from the ground up on how to use Sketch 3. After the basics are covered we work through designing a fictitious client project called SchoolBook....
The Jailer app is a study of Material Design. I came up with the idea after reading a news article about a prison escape. It was a fun exercise to think through what information prison administrators and guards would want at their fingertips in a...

This is a project I am working on for Campus Crusade for Christ, my full-time employer. Right now the process to apply for a job or internship is disjointed and decentralized. We are in the process of unifying the process for both applicants and staff...
CoPrayers was a pet project of my own. Over an eleven month period I did all UX, design and development work. I learned Ruby on Rails as I went along. The basic premise is that it’s a social network focused on Christians praying for each...
A while ago I built a static HTML website for this client. Last Summer they were ready to take online orders for their handcrafted leather goods so we redesigned the site and moved them into a WordPress installation. I built a custom WordPress theme for...
Rich helped us move from an old, out of date, website to a new, modern, website that works great on mobile. He has been great to work with throughout the entire life cycle of the project. He gets back to us quickly, explains things in a way that a non-technical person can understand, and is very reasonably priced. We commend him to you as an great person to work with and an excellent resource!
Rich communicated clearly with us on the concepts and goals for our website. He understood quickly what we were trying to accomplish, and added to that significantly from his own expertise. The end result was a high-quality site that exceeded our expectations.
